WNC Chess Association is
an affiliation of all regional chess clubs & associations in
western North Carolina. The goal of the WNC Chess Organization is to
promote chess throughout the community and serve as an infrastructure
for all chess players in western North Carolina. WNC Chess Association
helps promote chess by organizing chess tournaments, teaching chess at
schools & community centers and by just playing chess. There
are several places to play chess in your area. Whether it be in public,
at a chess club or at a chess tournament. The forums make scheduling
games with other players easy. WNC Chess will also keep you updated on
the latest chess tournaments & events in Asheville, NC and
other surrounding areas. We
